CRH is a diversified international building materials company. Co. is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of a range of building materials products from the fundamentals of heavy materials and elements to construct the frame, through value-added products that complete the building envelope, to distribution channels which service construction fit-out and renewal. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Ferguson is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a distributor of plumbing and heating products in the U.S. Co. operates nationally serving the residential, commercial, civil and industrial markets. Co. operates seven business units in the U.S.: Blended Branches, which provides plumbing and heating solutions ; Waterworks standalone, which distributes pipe, valves and fittings, hydrants, meters and related water management products; B2C e-commerce, which sells directly to consumers via websites using the product range and distribution network of the Blended Branches business; as well as Other, which comprises industrial standalone, fire and fabrication, and facilities supply.

Societe Fonciere, Financiere ACT is an investment holding company which acts as a long-term investor and an active shareholder. The core business units in Co. and its subsidiaries are Passenger Car Tyres, which develops, manufactures, and markets summer and winter tyres for passenger cars and delivery trucks as well as SUVs; Heavy Tyres, which focuses on special tyres; as well as Vianor, which provides tyres for all vehicles: passenger cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery. In addition to Nokian-branded tyres, the Vianor tyre retail chain sells other tyre brands and a variety of motoring products.

Peugeot is an automobile manufacturer (cars and light commercial vehicles), supported by two brands: Peugeot and Citroen.
