Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. Co. also provides cars under the MINI brand and motorcycles under the BMW brand. The Rolls-Royce brand provides three cars, Phantom, Coupe and Ghost.

Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin is active in the tire and mobility-related service markets. Co. manufactures, distributes and sells tires for all kinds of vehicles, publishes maps and guides and operates a number of services. Co.'s operates in three segments: Passenger car/Light truck tires and related distribution; Truck tires and related distribution and Specialty businesses segment including tires for specialty vehicles and maps and guides. Co. distributes its products through two tire distribution networks: Euromaster (Europe) and TCI (U.S.A.) and its brands include Michelin, BFGoodrich, Kleber, Uniroyal, Warrior, Kormoran, Riken, Taurus and Tigar.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. The Daimler Trucks distributes its trucks (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, FUSO, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and BharatBenz). The vans of the Mercedes-Benz Vans segment are sold under the brand name Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner. Daimler Buses sells completely built-up buses (Mercedes-Benz and Setra). The Daimler Financial Services division supports sales of Co.'s automotive brands.

Dassault Aviation is a player in the civil and military aviation industry. Co. designs, manufactures and sells combat aircraft under the names Rafale, Mirage 2000, nEUROn and executive jets under the name Falcon (Falcon 7X, Falcon 900LX, Falcon 2000LX) and business jets. Co. produces combat aircraft. Rafale is a fighter aircraft with a "delta-canard" configuration. Mirage 2000 is a combat aircraft operated in environments ranging from deserts to tropical forests. nEUROn is an unmanned combat aircraft vehicle demonstrator. Falcon is used for passenger transportation by entrepreneurs, executives of companies and governments. Co. also offers maintenance services, follow up and repair services.

Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Societe Fonciere, Financiere ACT is an investment holding company which acts as a long-term investor and an active shareholder. As of Dec 31 2010, Co. held 22.1% of the share capital of PSA Peugeot Citroen. Co. usually purchases minority stakes in companies with a large family shareholding. Co. has a portfolio of private equity funds which operate mainly in Europe and countries with emerging economies. Co. also operates a financial investment and cash management business, as well as a real estate and wine-producing businesses.

Intercontinental International Real Estate Investment Company Sa. Intercontinental International Real Estate Investment Company SA is a Greece-based company, which invest in and manages real estate properties. The Company's portfolio includes: over 10 commercial properties (bank branches) of Alpha Bank SA, formerly Alpha Credit Bank SA; an office and shop building in Neos Cosmos; a retail store/supermarket situated on the ground storey; an independent commercial building, which includes offices and retail stores; an apartment property, as well as more than three retail and service spaces. Its properties are located mainly in Athens as well as Thessaloniki, Crete, Volos, Corfu and Zakynthos. Nokian Tyres is a tyre manufacturer. Co. mainly sells its products in the aftermarket. Co. and its subsidiaries include the Vianor tyre retail chain, which provides wholesale and retail services in Co.'s primary markets. The core business units in Co. and its subsidiaries are Passenger Car Tyres, which develops, manufactures, and markets summer and winter tyres for passenger cars and delivery trucks as well as SUVs; Heavy Tyres, which focuses on special tyres; as well as Vianor, which provides tyres for all vehicles: passenger cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery. In addition to Nokian-branded tyres, the Vianor tyre retail chain sells other tyre brands and a variety of motoring products.

Peugeot is an automobile manufacturer (cars and light commercial vehicles), supported by two brands: Peugeot and Citroen. Co.'s activities are divided into four main segments: Automobile (Co. designs, manufactures and markets passenger cars and light commercial vehicles under Peugeot and Citroen brands), Finance (Co. provides retail and wholesale financing to customers and dealer networks), Automotive equipment (Co. produces Interior Systems, Automotive Seating, Automotive Exteriors and Emissions Control Technologies) and Other businesses (Co. produces scooters).

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands.
