The strength of the rally from mid-June took us by surprise. The prospect of a marked slowdown in growth is still ahead of us but we remain fairly constructive on the sector after the recent declines. Indeed, our current forecasts already reflect a sizeable slowdown and the discount to the pre-Covid level is back at a significant level (next to 20%). Compagnie de Saint-Gobain manufactures, produces, and distributes industrial materials.
