Fnac Darty : A strategic plan balancing the interests of creditors and shareholders
Following the publication of full-year results and the presentation of the strategic plan for 2025, we are raising our credit opinion to Stable from Negative while we estimate that rating agencies should do the same. In the bond market, the group’s senior notes did not suffer for long from concerns related to the health crisis. Their spreads are almost back today to their January 2020 level (11bp higher for the 2024 maturity and 20bp higher for the 2026 maturity, when the JPM BB ...Fnac Darty is engaged in the leisure and entertainment, technology, and household appliances retail market in France and a player on markets in other countries where it operates such as Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Fnac Darty also has franchise operations in Morocco, Qatar and Ivory Coast.
