Mediaset Espana : Acquiert 5.5% du capital de Pro7Sat1 et accroit la part de Mediaset
>Mediaset renforce un peu sa participation dans Pro7Sat1 - Mediaset España a annoncé hier avoir « sécurisé » une participation de 5.5% dans Pro7Sat1. Ce qui porte celle de Mediaset (puisque ME est consolidé) à 15.1%. Le groupe consolide ainsi sa position de 1er actionnaire, devant Daniel KretÃnský (4.1%) mais reste minoritaire.
