TF1 : 2021 results ahead of expectations thanks to excellent cost control
>Results better than we expected - TF1’s full-year results, reported this morning, beat our expectations. EBIT came in at € 343m while we forecast € 290m. The beat relates mainly to excellent cost control at the end of the year. Q4 advertising growth came to 1.7% while we expected 2%. Q4 was thus largely positive, illustrating an upward trend for the French TV advertising market, despite downward pressure exerted by the automotive sector.
