La société, étant une société en commandité par actions, soumet de façon consultative au vote des actionnaires la rémunération de son gérant pour l’exercice écoulé. Comme chaque année, l'évaluation des montants effectuée par Proxinvest pour prendre en compte l'exhaustivité des flux financiers n'a rien à voir avec les chiffres fournis par la société (résolution 9).
Un renouvellement de mandat de membre du conseil de surveillance et une ratification de cooptation sont proposés et la nomination de deux censeurs qui étaient des membres du conseil sont proposés. Par ailleurs Sophie Etchandy-Stabile a démissionné de son mandat. Ainsi la taille du Conseil de Surveillance est réduite passant de 6 membres à 4 membres (résolutions 5 à 8).
