NATURGY: CRITERIACAIXA WILL RAISE ITS STAKE UP TO 30% OF THE CAPITAL (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

CriteriaCaixa has made public it plans to raise its position in NTGY from 24.8% currently to 30%, not excdding the level legally set to launch a takeover bid. According to CriteriaCaixa, this move responds to its wish to remain as the Spanish reference shareholder in NTGY in order to maintain the company listed in Spain, ensure an Industrial Plan consistent with the Energy Transition and avoid business sales in Natugy without guaranteeing reinvestment.
