VOW ha anunciado que se encuentra en negociaciones avanzadas con Porsche Automobil Holding SE (principal accionista de VOW con un 53,3% de los derechos de voto) para desarrollar el marco de acuerdo para preparar una eventual salida a bolsa de la marca Porsche (25% EBIT de VOW). Dicho acuerdo deberá ser aprobado posteriormente por el Consejo de Supervisión de VOW (donde Porsche Automobil Holding SE no tiene mayoría).

Por el lado macro, la política arancelaria de D. Trump y la incertidumbre que genera deteriora las perspectivas macro. Aunque lo peor ya estaría anunciado y esperamos una rebaja progresiva de la tensión en adelante, el riesgo de recesión se aleja, pero no desaparece.
