CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes retreated yesterday after several days of gains. Declining the most were the long-dated Russia 47 and 43 (down 1.5 pp and 1.2 pp), whereas the decline in mid-dated paper was limited to 0.7 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market remained sluggish yesterday in the runup to today's OPEC+ meeting.
