CIS EUROBOND MARKETAn improved global backdrop on Friday helped Russian sovereign Eurobond spreads to narrow. The sovereigns did not respond to the sharp decline in benchmark yields throughout last week. For the day on Friday, the Russia 42 and Russia 35 outperformed, up 0.4 pp each.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe ruble stabilized Friday morning, allowing yields on medium-dated OFZs to descend 1-3 bps early in the session. They then stayed at these levels for the remainder of the day.
