MARKET COMMENT - MARKETS SLIDE AGAIN, WHO DECLARES GLOBAL EMERGENCYYesterday, global markets ended another day in the red, as investors continue to weigh the impact of the coronavirus epidemic on the global economy. During the day, the WHO declared the outbreak a "public health emergency of international concern." The MSCI EM slid 2.3%, while European markets were down 1.0-1.5%. The S&P 500, however, managed to close slightly higher (+0.3%), as reporting season supported some stocks. Evraz engages in the production and distribution of steel and related products and coal and iron ore mining. Co. also produces vanadium products. Co. has four segments: Steel, which includes production of steel and related products at all mills except for those in North America, and includes the extraction of vanadium ore and production of vanadium products, iron ore mining and enrichment and certain energy-generating companies; Steel, North America, which includes production of steel and related products in the U.S. and Canada; Coal, which includes coal mining and enrichment; and Other operations, which includes energy-generating companies, shipping and railway transportation companies.

Federal Hydro-Generating Company - RusHydro PJSC

PJSC RusHydro is a hydro-generating company based in Russia. Co. is engaged in the generation and sale of electricity and capacity on the Russian wholesale and retail markets, as well as generation and sale of heat energy. The main activity of Co. is production of power from renewable energy sources, developing power generation using water flows, tidal, wind and geothermal energy. It has an installed electricity generation capacity of 38.5 GW; and heat capacity of 16.2 GCal/h.

MHP is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in poultry and related operations, grain growing, as well as other agricultural operations. Co.'s poultry and related operations integrate all functions related to the production of chicken, including hatching, fodder manufacturing, raising chickens to marketable age, processing and marketing of branded chilled products and include the production and sale of chicken products, sunflower oil, mixed fodder and convenience food products. Grain growing produces and sells grains. Other agricultural operations comprise the production and sale of cooked meat, sausages, beef, milk, goose meat, foie gras, fruit and feed grains.

Mosenergo is a regional energy company primarily involved in generation of heat and electric power and heat distribution services in the Moscow city and Moscow region. Co.'s portfolio includes 15 power plants with the electric installed capacity of 11.9 thousand MW and heat installed capacity of 40.5 thousand MW (34.9 thousand Gcal/hour). Co. produces 6% of the electricity generated in the Russian Federation (exclusive of nuclear power plants) and is a main supplier of electricity and heat for the Moscow region. Co. supplies 67% of the total electricity consumption of Moscow region.

OGK-2 JSC is primarily engaged in the generation and sale of electric and heat power. Co. consists of the following power stations (plants): Troitskaya GRES, Stavropolskaya GRES, Pskovskaya GRES, Serovskaya GRES, Surgutskaya GRES-1, Kirishkaya GRES, Ryazanskaya GRES, Novochercasskaya GRES, Krasnoyarskaya GRES-2, and Cherepovetskaya GRES.

OR PAO, formerly OR OAO, is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the footwear industry. The Company specializes in manufacture, retail and wholesale of footwear, outwear and accessories. The Company offers financial services to its customers including installment payments and cash loans. The financial strategy of the Company includes bond program implementation and unsecured loans. Its retailers portfolio is comprised of Westfalika, Emilia Estra, Rossita, Lisette and Peshekhod. The Company also owns such brands as S-TEP, all.go and Snow Guard. It operates two factories in Novosibirsk region. The Company operates domestically.

Territorial Generating Company - 1 is a producer of electricity and heat energy in the North-West region of Russia. Co. incorporates generating enterprises from the Baltic Sea to the Barents Sea. Generated electricity is delivered to the domestic wholesale market of electricity and capacity as well as exported to Finland and Norway. Co. is a strategic supplier of heat energy in Saint Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Murmansk, Kirovsk in the Leningrad Oblast, and Apatity in the Murmansk Oblast.
