MARKET COMMENT - OPEC+ INDECISION AND US/CHINA WORRIES, BUT ALSO A BIT OF FED BALMMarkets mostly fell yesterday, the MSCI EM and Europe down 2.3% and 2.8%, for instance. Only late in the session did the US narrow earlier gaps (S&P 500 -0.2%) on Wall Street Journal claims that the Fed is trying to signal a slightly dovish course correction. Russia was just below the middle of the EM pack, the RTS falling 1.6% to 1,134. Eyes today will be on OPEC+ after no clear deal was made at yesterday's OPEC meeting.
