Debt Markets Today - February 24, 2021

CIS EUROBOND MARKETOver the first two days of this week, despite the absence of local investors Russian Eurobond quotes moved lower on the back of rising US Treasury yields. The largest moves came at the long end of the curve, where the Russia 43 and 47 both lost 1.6 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was quiet on Monday and Tuesday with Russian investors away for a national holiday. Despite the sharp rise in real US Treasury yields and negative external backdrop, a stronger ruble thanks to FX selling by Russian exporters ahead of tax payments and the absence of OFZ auctions this week may keep OFZ yields from rising sharply.STORIES> Nonresident share in sovereign Eurobonds down to 55% in 4Q20> OFZ Weekly Flows: Foreign inflow resumes> PhosAgro 4Q20 IFRS results in line, stronger quarters ahead> Nornickel: Accident at Norilsk concentrator> Kazakh GDP down 2.6% in 2020, but dynamics better in 4Q20> TBC Bank 4Q20 IFRS: Profits dampened by provisions
