MARKET COMMENT - MARKETS REBOUND; ECB, US/RUSSIA ALLEGATIONS AND BELARUS IN FOCUS TODAYAfter a weak APAC session, stock markets rallied, though with no strong catalysts. The MSCI ACWI gained 1.4% and the RTS (1,201) 1.0%. Global indicators look positive today, though indicators for the Russian market are less positive.
