MARKET COMMENT - STIMULUS STALEMATE, EXPANDING LOCKDOWNS AND SOFTENING MACROThe RTS fell 2.4% (to 1,131) and the MSCI ACWI 0.8% as markets weathered dimming hopes of near-term US stimulus, expanding lockdowns and some signs the global macro recovery is stagnating.
