It undertakes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC)/turnkey projects of housing schemes floated by government authorities. It also undertakes private white label construction projects, industrial infrastructure projects, as well as public-private partnership (PPP) projects. It holds prime commercial property in Ahmedabad, which is leased to corporates. It undertakes infrastructure projects for government/semi-government agencies/departments and private corporates engaged in realestate development and sales.
