Gross Rental income grew 14.4% yoy to EUR 367.2m vs. 380.1m expected (KBCS) and benefited from strong 4.9% like-for-like growth. The EPRA EPS of 0.42 came slightly below our expectation of 0.43. Brent crude oil prices were flat vs. the previous month, at USD 69.6/bbl, after disruption fears eased. A subsequent OPEC+ decision has made little difference at the start of August. Our benchmark margin increased by USD 1.3/bbl in July, to USD 14.3/bbl, a significant increase, which takes it to the highest level since February 2024. Once again, the less said about petrochemicals margins, the better, in our view.
EME Equity Market – July 2025 EME indices all in the green in July. The MSCI EM Europe Index advanced by 6.0% mom in EUR terms and 3.0% in USD terms. The Turkish ISE30 was, once again, the top performer, adding 7.9% mom in EUR terms, followed very closely by the Romanian BET, advancing 7.8% mom in EUR terms. The Greek ASE added 6.8% mom in EUR terms, while the Czech PX added 4.5% mom in EUR terms. The Hungarian BUX and Polish WIG20 added 3.6% and 3.0% mom, respectively, in EUR terms.
