Interim results from Murgitroyd, the International Patent and Trade Mark Attorney, show a strong top-line performance (revenues +9%). Earnings inline with expectations and our FY14 PBT forecast remains unchanged at £4.8m (6% YoY growth). The shares have performed strongly but the forward PER remains well below pre-recession levels.
Preliminary results from Murgitroyd, the International Patent and Trade Mark Attorney, were broadly in-line with expectations. EPS increased 4% to 37.5p (ex the positive property re-valuation). Dividend growth continues uninterrupted (raised every year since floating in 2001). Given the strong cash flow (>£2m pa) and low level of gearing (net debt/EBITDA 0.4x) we expect this dividend growth will be maintained.
