Selling the stake in Alpha Mos
DMS announced 23 June that it was in negotiations, on an exclusive basis, with two funds (Jolt Capital and Ambrosia Invesments) with a view to selling its stake in Alpha Mos (42.94% of equity and 49.94% of voting rights) for €0.45 per share or €6.5m. On the evening of 27 June, the group announced that the deal had been finalised.

FY16: in line (DMS)
FY16: in line EPS CHANGE CHANGE IN EPS2016 : € -0.14 vs -0.12 ns 2017 : € -0.02 vs -0.02 ns No major changes to our numbers after the release of FY16 results. We have only integrated the actual FY16 EPS, which is marginally lower than our previous numbers. Future earnings remain essentially unchanged with an insignificant impact on the valuation.

FY16 results: in line
DMS released FY16 results. Revenues reached €37.4m, EBITDA €-714k, EBIT €-1,284k and net income €-1,016k. The group had a net cash position at the end of FY16 of €2.1m, vs €1.1m at the end of FY15. Looking into FY17, the group expects the radiology segment to be supported by the agreement with NGI (see our Latest dated 12 January), while the first results of the R&D efforts at Alpha Mos should start bearing fruit in H2, while DMS Wellness should also book its first sales during H2.
