醫思醫療成功進駐北京黃金地段

（2019年2月26日 - 香港） - 香港具領導地位的綜合醫療集團- 香港醫思醫療集團有限公司（「醫思醫療」或本「公司」，連同附屬公司，總稱本「集團」；香港聯交所股份編號：2138）欣然宣佈簽訂買賣協議，收購一間於國內持有醫療機構執業許可證、主要於從事醫療美容服務的公司。服務場所位於北京朝陽區，佔地約900平方米。

醫思醫療主席、執行董事兼行政總裁鄧志輝先生表示︰「是次收購標誌著集團成功進駐首都北京的黃金地段，為拓展大中華區版圖再邁出重要一步。目前集團已全面佈局國內一線城市，配合粵港澳大灣區戰略部署，有助增加品牌知名度並帶動醫療旅遊業務。未來集團將繼續於國內醫療及美容市場擴展份額，致力成為大中華區首屈一指的綜合醫療集團。」
