Kastanienbaum, January 31, 2025 - Green Forests GmbH ("Green Forests"), a Swiss investor specializing in sustainable tree investments, announces that it has completed its realignment and that the group with several portfolio and subsidiaries is now managed under the umbrella of Green Forests. Green Forests invests and supports companies in the field of decarbonization in Europe and makes direct investments in and participations in tree plantations, forest and forestry projects.

As part of its strong growth strategy, Green Forests has now completed the purchase of a 60 hectare plot of land in Croatia, on which a plantation of up to 30,000 Paulownia trees will be setup over the next 24 months. Green Forests works very closely with various international tree and forestry institutes, which work with Green Forests to grow Paulownia trees and have the necessary international scientific expertise and EU certifications.
