The joint representative of the bondholders of the Ekosem-Agrar bond 2012/2027 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) and the Ekosem-Agrar bond 2019/2029 (ISIN: DE000A2YNR08), e.Anleihe GmbH, has obtained an initial impression of the main contents of the invitations of Ekosem-Agrar AG to the bondholders' meetings on May 2, 2024 in Wiesloch and has already consulted with the SdK Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. (German investor protection association).

"Closely coordinated with the SdK, which is also represented by its Board member Markus Kienle on the Ekosem-Agrar Noteholders’ Advisory Committee established in 2022, we are currently obtaining further information from the issuer," explains Christoph Chardon, Managing Director of e.Anleihe GmbH. "In principle, we welcome the issuer's initiative, but will now subject the concept to a more in-depth review. On Wednesday evening, we will be able to explain our initial findings on Ekosem-Agrar's invitations to bondholders at a joint virtual information event and take stock of the sentiment among bondholders regarding the proposal."

e.Anleihe GmbH together with SdK Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. invites bondholders on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, to this information meeting starting at 5:00 pm.

During the virtual event, e.Anleihe GmbH will present its initial assessment of the contents of the invitations together with the SdK. "Our aim is to inform all bondholders very promptly and in as much detail as possible about the content of the issuer's suggestions," announced the Managing Director of e.Anleihe GmbH.
