MC Services Appoints Katja Arnold to Management Board

Munich and Düsseldorf, September 11, 2024: MC Services AG, a leading international public and investor relations firm specializing in communications for the life science and healthcare sectors, has appointed Katja Arnold as a member of the Management Board. She joins existing Management Board members, agency founder Raimund Gabriel and Anne Hennecke, Partner.

Katja Arnold joined MC Services in 2013, became a partner in 2014 and has been Managing Director of the Munich office since 2016. She is a Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) and an expert in strategic, financial and corporate communications. Katja has worked for over 25 years for companies in the healthcare sector, including biotechnology, medical technology, and diagnostics, as well as for venture capital firms. She has broad in-house expertise in various listed companies and many years of consulting experience with long-standing clients, including private and Nasdaq- and Euronext-listed companies. Katja has provided communications support for a large number of corporate financings, M&A transactions, license agreements and all phases of biopharmaceutical product development and market launches. Her work also focuses on C-suite and corporate positioning, leadership changes and crisis communications. She studied business administration at the Technical University of Dresden and has worked for the German Privatization Agency (Treuhandanstalt), Marseille Kliniken, CAT Consultants (currently Silvester Group), Zapf Creation and WILEX (currently Heidelberg Pharma).
