Frankfurt am Main, June 04, 2024 – Parmantier & Cie. GmbH is expanding. The advisory and investment firm for mid-sized companies, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors has taken over the operations of Frankfurt Main Research (FMR) AG. FMR will be integrated into the company and will operate under the name "Parmantier & Cie. Research (PCR)" in the future. "The German SME sector is underserved in research. Those seeking capital market-related financing solutions experience this daily. With the integration of FMR AG into Parmantier & Cie., we can expand our offerings and expertise for Small and Mid-Cap companies and provide our clients with first-hand research services," said René Parmantier, Founder and Principal of Parmantier & Cie.
