ArteCare, a subsidiary of Perpetua Holding, has acquired two established inpatient care sites from the insolvent Convivo Group and is continuing its sustainable growth strategy in a challenging market environment. The care locations "Seniorenresidenz Elisabeth" in Velbert and "Stadthaus am Zwingerwall" in Goslar (both located in Germany) will henceforth be operated as "ArteCare Pflegestift Elisabeth" and "ArteCare Stadthaus am Park". Thus, ArteCare provides an attractive, long-term solution for employees and residents.

ArteCare Pflegestift Elisabeth in Velbert offers 88 inpatient care beds and additional day-care capacity. ArteCare Stadthaus am Park in Goslar provides 91 inpatient care spots in the city center. After the takeover, both locations will be revitalized gradually, seeking to increase the attractiveness for employees and residents. ArteCare is hereby underlining its claim to be a provider of trusted and high-quality care services for the elderly and those with special illnesses.

ArteCare was founded in 2007 by its managing shareholder, Mr. Philipp Huenersdorf. Since 2021, Perpetua Holding has supported the company as a long-term partner in strategic matters, and as a majority shareholder and strong financial partner, Perpetua has invested in the quality-based growth of the group. A total of nine facilities are operated under the umbrella of the ArteCare Group in northern and western Germany, providing care support for almost 1,000 people every day. Two further locations are currently in the planning stage. ArteCare covers various forms of care, from inpatient care services to innovative, combined care concepts. ArteCare focuses on enabling all residents to lead a life as independently as possible, for as long as possible.
