Fürth, March 07, 2024 - The Spanish subsidiary of the P&P Group has so another project in the south of Mallorca following a successful repositioning. The villa, located directly on the natural beach of Es Trenc, has been renovated over the past two years and designed for permanent vacation rentals. In addition to the core business in affordable multi-storey residential construction, properties in the high-end segment in Munich, London and Mallorca have been successively acquired in recent years in order to further diversify the real estate portfolio. The general market distortions are much less noticeable in the premium segment, which is why transactions are still economically very interesting at the present time. Another modern villa in Son Vida, Mallorca, is currently being renovated - the official marketing process is expected to start in May 2024.
