Rautenberg & Company strengthens its partnership with Britta Hornung-Schweter and continues to expand integrated service offering

Düsseldorf/Frankfurt, 14 July 2023 – The strategy and corporate finance advisory firm Rautenberg & Company has appointed Britta Hornung-Schweter, a renowned corporate finance expert, as Partner. Hornung-Schweter becomes the fifth partner of the advisory boutique, which was founded nine years ago and has since continued to grow. Having joined the firm in 2017, she will continue to expand the corporate finance unit and will drive the firm’s co-investment activities.

With the appointment of Britta Hornung-Schweter to the partnership, Rautenberg & Company continues to strengthen its integrated business model. The advisory firm has grown into one of the leading boutiques in the technology sector, largely due to its focus on transaction-related services, with further drive expected to come from the corporate finance and M&A service line. Britta Hornung-Schweter, who joined the firm in 2017 from a Big-4 consultancy, has successfully advised on a multitude of deals and transaction-related projects with a focus on the digital infrastructure and business services sectors. Together with the firm’s founder Arndt Rautenberg and the three other partners Philipp v. Hochberg, Gero Steinroeder and Boris Herzog, Britta Hornung-Schweter will continue to strengthen the corporate finance business in particular. She will also drive the group’s co-investment activities via Rautenberg & Company Invest out of the Düsseldorf office.
