Students at California Virtual Academy @ Fresno (CAVA @ Fresno), an accredited, full-time online public charter school, will begin their school year on Aug. 28 simply by turning on their computers. CAVA @ Fresno uses the K12-powered online curriculum to offer students a personalized learning experience.

CAVA @ Fresno is open to students in kindergarten through eighth grade who reside in Fresno, Madera, Merced, Mono and San Benito counties.

Students at CAVA @ Fresno attend both live and recorded class sessions that are accessed online, enabling students and their teachers to engage and interact as if they were sitting together in a traditional classroom.

In addition to academics, teachers organize numerous field trips and social activities where students have the opportunity to meet their teachers and classmates in person.
