Alabama Virtual Academy at Eufaula City Schools (ALVA-ECS), an accredited, full-time online public school program which serves students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, welcomes students in Alabama to enroll for the 2017-2018 academic year. ALVA-ECS offers an individualized approach to learning to ensure every student receives an exceptional learning experience.
ALVA-ECS provides a rigorous, engaging curriculum, including courses in language arts/English, math, science, history, world languages, art and music, as well as high school electives and Advanced Placement® courses.
At ALVA-ECS, lessons come to life with a rich mixture of online and hands-on teaching tools, including interactive animations, printed books with beautiful illustrations and narratives, original music and videos, and materials for science experiments. Lessons are followed by assessments to ensure students have mastered a particular concept before moving on.
