Rocket Doctor Grants RSUs and Stock Options

Vancouver, BC, Nov. 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rocket Doctor AI Inc. (CSE: AIDR, OTC: AIRDF, Frankfurt: 939) (“Rocket Doctor AI”) announces that it has granted an aggregate 831,356 restricted share units (“RSUs”) and 20,964 stock options (“Options”) to consultants and employees of the Company and its subsidiary, Rocket Doctor Inc.

The Options are each exercisable for one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.82 per share for a period of three years from the grant date and subject to vesting provisions. 325,000 RSUs are valid for a term of two years and 506,356 RSUs are valid for a term of three years. 203,000 RSUs vest immediately and 628,356 are subject to vesting provisions.  All Options and RSUs are subject to the terms of the Company’s equity plans and applicable securities law hold periods.
