HAVILA KYSTRUTEN AS: Tillegg til det nasjonale prospektet datert 8. September 2023

Det vises til børsmelding fra Havila Kystruten AS ("Selskapet") den 8. september 2023 om lansering av reparasjonsemisjon ("Reparasjonsemisjonen") med opptil 60 000 000 nye aksjer til tegningskurs NOK 1 per aksje. Betingelsene og vilkårene for Reparasjonsemisjonen fremkommer av det nasjonale prospektet utferdiget av Selskapet i henhold til bestemmelsene i verdipapirhandelloven kapittel 7 ("Prospektet").

Selskapet har oppdaget en feil i Prospektet siden dets Vedlegg B (Appendix B) ikke inneholder en henvisning til Selskapets reviderte konsoliderte årsregnskap for regnskapsåret 2021.

Som følge av dette har Selskapet utarbeidet et tillegg til prospektet ("Tilleggsprospektet") der denne feilen er rettet. Tilleggsprospektet er tilgjengelig på nettsidene til tilretteleggerne: Arctic Securities AS, Fearnley Securities AS, and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge.

Dersom investorer som allerede har tegnet seg for nye aksjer under Reparasjonsemisjonen før publiseringen av Tilleggsprospektet ønsker å tilbakekalle sin tegning, kan de gjøre det ved å kontakte en av tilretteleggerne innen 15. september 2023 klokken 16:30 CEST, jf. verdipapirhandelloven § 7-11 (2).
