DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, June 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Micropolis Holding Company (“Micropolis” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: MCRP), a pioneer in unmanned ground vehicles and AI-driven security solutions, today announced that, as previously disclosed in its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, which was filed on May 8, 2025 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “2024 Annual Report”), the Company’s audited financial statements contained an audit opinion from its independent registered public accounting firm that included an explanatory paragraph related to the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
