Operasjonelle høydepunkter Q4 2025:

  • CTA innlevert: 17. desember 2025 leverte Zelluna sin første søknad om oppstart av klinisk studie (Clinical Trial Application, CTA) til UK MHRA for ZI-MA4-1, verdens første MAGE-A4-rettede TCR-NK celleterapi. Første kliniske data forventes fra medio 2026.
  • Første GMP-batch fullført: 12. desember 2025 ble den første GMP-batchen av ZI-MA4-1 produsert og kvalitetskontrollert for bruk i kommende klinisk studie.
  • Prekliniske data publisert: Overbevisende prekliniske data for ZI-MA4-1 publisert i Immunotherapy Advances i desember 2025.
  • Kapitalinnhenting: MNOK 58,2 tilført i november 2025 gjennom rettet emisjon

"Q4 2025 markerte overgangen til klinisk-fase selskap med vellykket CTA-innlevering for ZI-MA4-1. Vi har levert på alle viktige milepæler kommunisert for året. Våre prioriteringer for 2026 er klare: sikre regulatorisk godkjenning, initiere ZIMA-101-studien, og generere første humane data fra medio 2026," sier CEO Namir Hassan.

Utsikter:

Med CTA innlevert og GMP-produksjon fullført, er Zelluna posisjonert for å initiere sin første Fase I kliniske studie (ZIMA-101) i 2026, forutsatt regulatorisk godkjenning. Selskapet opererer i et landskap for «off-the-shelf»-celleterapi i rask utvikling, der nylige strategiske transaksjoner understreker en økende interesse fra industrien for skalerbare plattformer for celleterapi. Nåværende kontantposisjon støtter planlagte operasjoner inn i Q1 2027.
