Ageas and BlackRock: Transparency notification
In accordance with the rules on financial transparency*, BlackRock has notified Ageas on 13 May 2019 that, on 9 May 2019, its interest has exceeded the legal threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas (in section 10A). Its current shareholding stands at 5.17%.
