Vid extra bolagsstämman i Serstech AB (publ) idag den 16 december 2024 beslutades att godkänna styrelsens beslut från den 25 november 2024 om att bolagets aktiekapital ska ökas med högst cirka 1 382 265,52 kronor genom emission av högst 47 619 047 nya aktier.
