Redistribution of ownership in Sdiptech AB (publ)

As announced in a press release from Serendipity Group AB, Ashkan Pouya and Saeid Esmaeilzadeh, who have owned their shares in Sdiptech AB through the jointly owned holding company Serendipity Group AB, will in the future own all shares through their respective private, wholly owned holding companies. They have at the same time announced that their ownership perspective remains long-term.
