ACCENTRO sells residential property to Berlin
City boundary for 43.5 million euros

- EBIT 2019 exceeds 40 million euros - more than forecast

- 260 units in Blankenfelde- Mahlow

Berlin, 18. Dezember 2019 - ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has sold a residential complex in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, Brandenburg to an institutional investor.

The houses were built in 1984 and extensively modernized in 2018-2019. In total, the property has a residential rental area of around 16,000 square meters, spread over 260 apartments. There are an additional 210 parking spaces on the site.

"The surrounding area of Berlin has been our focus for a few years now. The property sold is our largest transaction in environs up to now", explains Jacopo Mingazzini, Management Board of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. " With the completion of this transaction, our EBIT targets will be exceeded and we expect to achieve the previous record value of more than 40 million euros."
