Paiement de la réduction du capital

Le 21 décembre 2023, l'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire d'ABO-Group Environment NV a approuvé une réduction de capital de 993.461,09 €, en vue de réaliser une distribution aux actionnaires, par le biais d'un remboursement sur chaque action de 1/10.568.735e du montant de la réduction de capital. Cela équivaut au paiement d'une rémunération d'actionnaire de 0,094 € par action, conformément à l'avis positif du Service des Décisions Anticipées obtenu par la Société.

Les dates suivantes ont été fixées:

  • Ex-date le 21 mars 2024 - à partir de cette date, les actions de la Société seront négociées sur Euronext Brussels ex-coupon n°1;
  • La date d'enregistrement le 22 mars 2024; et
  • La date de paiement le 25 mart 2024.

Le paiement de la réduction de capital sera effectué par la Société pour les actionnaires nominatifs et par l'agent payeur Belfius Banque pour les détenteurs d'actions dématérialisées et sur présentation du coupon n° 1.
