PARIS, Frankreich, 18. Mai 2022 – 18:00 Uhr (MESZ) – Abivax SA (Euronext Paris: FR0012333284 - ABVX), ein Biotechnologieunternehmen mit Produkten in der klinischen Entwicklung, das neuartige Therapien entwickelt, die das Immunsystem zur Behandlung von entzündlichen und viralen Erkrankungen sowie Krebs modulieren, setzt seine Aktionäre heute darüber in Kenntnis, dass die ordentliche und außerordentliche Jahreshauptversammlung am 9. Juni 2022 um 10:00 Uhr (MESZ) in den Büros von Dechert (Paris) LLP, 32 rue de Monceau in Paris, Frankreich, stattfinden wird.

Die mit der Hauptversammlung in Verbindung stehenden Dokumente und Informationen sowie die Stimmzettel wurden für die Aktionäre, entsprechend der in Frankreich geltenden Vorschriften, auf der bereitgestellt. Die Unterlagen sind ausschließlich in französischer Sprache verfügbar.
