Crédit Agricole CIB Global Markets Division hires Sebastien Lafosse as Head of Retail and Private Banking Group for the Americas.

Sebastien brings more than 10 years experience in the Retail Distribution space, starting his career at Société Générale as part of the Latin American structured products distribution, then on the Retail Structured Product team at Morgan Stanley and most recently at Natixis heading the Cross Asset Solutions Distribution.

Structured Products redeployment is one of the pillars of Crédit Agricole CIB's Medium Term Plan and is a key component of the Americas franchise's growth.

Based in New York, Sebastien reports locally to Stanislas Varin, Head of Cross Asset Structuring and Koceila Maames, Head of Financial Institutions Sales Americas. He reports globally to Regis Benichou, Global Head of Retail and Private Banking Group.
