2019 CAPITAL INCREASE RESERVED FOR EMPLOYEES 

Crédit Agricole S.A.’s capital increase reserved for employees, for which the subscription period ran from 21 June to 3 July 2019, was fully completed on 31 July 2019. 20,500 Crédit Agricole Group employees from France and 18 other countries subscribed for a total amount of €150.9 million.

Employees were offered a Classic investment where the subscription price was discounted by 20% compared to the Crédit Agricole share price. The new shares were issued and delivered to employees on 31 July 2019. 

This capital increase created 18,251,556 new shares, bringing the total number of shares comprising Crédit Agricole S.A.’s capital to 2,884,688,712. The dilutive impact of this transaction is 0.64%.

The transaction increases Crédit Agricole S.A.’s and Crédit Agricole Group’s CET1 ratios by 5 and 3 basis points, respectively.
