Decision Comes as Part of a Comprehensive Internal Strategic Review to Evaluate Opportunities for Maximizing Shareholder Value

(OTCQB: ACLZ) (OTCBB: ACLZ) (the “Company”), a marketing technology solutions provider transforming the way advertisers leverage their digital advertising data, today announced an update to its previously disclosed internal strategic review focused on opportunities to maximize shareholder value. As a result of its analysis to date, the Company believes the investment merits of CAKE and Journey have not been adequately understood by the investment community. Accordingly, Accelerize has engaged Regions Securities LLC, an affiliate of Regions Bank, to serve as its financial advisor. The Board of Directors, together with its legal advisors and Regions Securities LLC, will continue its strategic review, encompassing a careful assessment of: i) the Company's business plan, growth strategy and market valuation, ii) the optimal capital structure of the Company, and iii) any other alternatives identified by the Board of Directors.
