Air France-KLM a remboursé 452 millions d’euros d’OCEANE à échéance 2026

Air France-KLM annonce aujourd'hui avoir remboursé, à la demande des porteurs d'obligations, environ 452 millions d'euros sur les 500 millions d'euros d'obligations convertibles en actions nouvelles et/ou échangeables en actions existantes dont l'échéance est le 25 mars 2026 (les "OCEANE 2026", ISIN FR0013410628). Ce montant correspond à près de 25 millions d'obligations. Cette option de remboursement anticipé au 25 mars 2024 faisait partie des termes et conditions relatifs à ces obligations.

Selon les conditions définitives en vigueur, à moins qu'elles n'aient été préalablement échangées, remboursées ou achetées et annulées, les obligations restantes en circulation seront remboursées au pair le 25 mars 2026. Les obligations pourront également faire l'objet d'un remboursement anticipé au gré de la Société, sous certaines conditions.

Le nombre d'actions potentielles dilutives liées à l'OCEANE 2026 en circulation a, par conséquence, été réduit de 4 966 518 actions à 472 580 actions.
