Afarak Group Plc (“Afarak" or "the Company”) has supplemented the Offer Document dated June 7, 2019 regarding the acquisition of Afarak’s own shares (the “Shares”) in a voluntary public tender offer directed to all shareholders (the “Offer” or the “Tender Offer”). The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (“FIN-FSA”) has today approved the supplement to the Offer Document (the "Supplement Document"), which relates to i) the stock exchange release published by Afarak on June 24, 2019 concerning specifications relating to the invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Afarak Group Plc regarding the number of Board members, the Board member candidates and the remuneration of the Board members to ii) the stock exchange release published by Afarak on June 25, 2019 concerning the decisions of the Company’s Annual General Meeting and of the subsequent constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors and to iii) the stock exchange release published by Afarak on June 28, 2019 concerning the decision to extend the offer period “Offer Period”) of the Tender Offer.
