Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:AFH) ("Atlas" or the "Company") today announced it will delay the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2017, which had previously been scheduled for March 15, 2018, to enable the Company and its auditors to finalize year end work.

The Company plans to file a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing for its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. The Form 12b-25 will allow the Company an additional 15 calendar days to file the Form 10-K, resulting in an extended filing deadline of April 2, 2018. The Company plans to file the Form 10-K within this extended deadline. The usual conference call to discuss fourth quarter and annual results will be scheduled when the Form 10-K is filed.
