(NYSE American: SER), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing its proprietary POZ PlatformTM drug delivery technology today announced the appointment of Dr. Simba Gill as Executive Chairman. Serina’s proprietary POZ PlatformTM aims to develop and improve therapeutics across multiple modalities including small molecules, RNA-based therapeutics and antibody-based drug conjugates (ADCs).

Dr. Gill will play a pivotal role in guiding Serina through its next phase of growth and development, leveraging his expertise to drive strategic expansion initiatives.
