Ageas and BlackRock: Transparency notification

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency*, BlackRock has notified Ageas on 16 July 2020 that, on 15 July 2020, its interest has exceeded the legal threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas. Its current shareholding stands at 5.07%.
