Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 7 August 2019, Ageas reports the purchase of 110,623 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 04-05-2020 until 08-05-2020.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 19 August 2019, Ageas has bought back 3,712,643 shares for a total amount of EUR 161,115,967. This corresponds to 1.87% of the total shares outstanding.
