Pharnext SA (Paris:ALPHA) (FR00111911287 - ALPHA), société biopharmaceutique française qui développe un portefeuille avancé de produits dans le domaine des maladies neurodégénératives, annonce aujourd’hui la modification de son contrat de liquidité contracté auprès de la société de bourse Gilbert Dupont ainsi que le bilan annuel de ce contrat.

  • Modification du contrat de liquidité

Au titre du contrat de liquidité confié par la société Pharnext à la Société de Bourse Gilbert Dupont, il a été procédé à un apport complémentaire de 150 000 € en date du 29 décembre 2016.

Il est rappelé que lors du communiqué de mise en œuvre, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité :

  • Nombre d’actions : 0 titre
  • Solde en espèces du compte de liquidité : 500 000 €
  • Bilan annuel du contrat de liquidité

A la date du 31 décembre 2016, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité :

  • Nombre d’actions : 26 925
  • Solde en espèces du compte de liquidité : 335 014,25 €
  • Il est rappelé qu’à la mise en place du contrat de liquidité le 18 juillet 2016, 500 000 € en espèces ont été apportés au compte de liquidité et qu’il a été procédé à un apport complémentaire de 150 000 € le 29 décembre 2016.
